Yesterday Jody and I did some spinning at Cross Country Cycle with about 10 other people. I'm just starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel that is my cold. Did my best to sweat it out, and left lots of it on the floor (gross, I know). Then Jody and I drove a few miles West and parked at the beach. We watched the waves pile up more ice on the beach and talked about a trip to Asheville, NC with the CCC team. We also talked about the new bike we are in the process of gathering stuff for. It's gonna' be SO sweet! I really, really want to share all the details but I shouldn't. But I will say the wheels will be large and the gears will be few (very few)!

Rest day today. I'll have to keep tabs on Jody, else she will sneak out and be riding her bike when I'm not looking!
